  3. The INBOUND runtimes are caused by a "RENEGADE" inbound packet that decides
  4.  
  5. it's not going to be processed.  Go into your LNET/OUT directory after a
  6.  
  7. runtimed inbound, and do a dir of U*.DAT files.  The culprit is usually a 
  8.  
  9. 001001.dat, but it could be something else.  Try removing it from the 
  10.  
  11. directory, and then running inbound (with an inbound packet in the incoming
  12.  
  13. files directory).
  14.
